Leave everything to us: we'll fly you both to Nashville, check you in to the iconic Gaylord Opryland, and provide you a curated menu of once-in-a-lifetime experiences to choose from. On the last night we'll enjoy some of the best Southern food Tennessee has ever put on a plate while we raise a glass to you on a private rooftop overlooking the neon lights of Broadway.
The next morning, we'll fly you home with stories you'll be telling for years. So browse your options, register by Thursday, October 15, and if you want more Nashville, extend up to three nights before or after at our group rate. We look forward to celebrating you!

You'll receive your personalized flight itinerary and excursion assignment by email. You have 24 hours to request changes; after that, tickets are issued as shown.

Your finalized personal agenda arrives via email: flights, transfers, your excursion day and time, and everything you need to pack and know.

Check In & Kick Off
Land at BNA, meet our team at baggage claim, and you're fifteen minutes from the Gaylord. Settle in, grab a Lynchburg sweet tea at the hospitality desk, then join us for the Welcome Reception: Southern food stations, live music, and a few surprises.
Tuesday · Nov 3
Your Nashville, Then the Opry
A short winners' session over coffee, your choice of excursion, and then the night country fans dream about: a pre-show reception followed by the Grand Ole Opry, live, in its 100th-anniversary season.
Wednesday · Nov 4
Adventure, Then the Finale
Round two of excursions for those assigned to Wednesday, a free afternoon for everyone else, then the closer: a private rooftop party at Luke's 32 Bridge on Lower Broadway with a live band and some of the best Southern cooking Tennessee has to offer.
Thursday · Nov 5
One More Biscuit & Goodbye
Breakfast, easy transfers back to BNA, and a story you'll be telling for a while.
